Ed is the founder of Africa's largest C&I Solar PV company, which developed over 300 MW of solar projects primarily for listed property funds. His career has taken him across Europe, Asia, North America, and Africa, and he believes in the importance of continuous learning.

Ken is a Chartered Engineer with Engineers Ireland and a registered Professional Electrical Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa. With extensive experience in energy efficiency, solar photovoltaic turnkey projects, and carbon project development, Ken has worked on key projects throughout Africa to create bankable returns on investment via renewable energy and energy efficiency. He was a founder, former CEO, and COO of Africa's largest C&I Solar PV provider, where he developed over 300MW of solar projects mainly for listed property funds. In this role, Ken was responsible for developing renewable energy strategies and net-zero strategies, with solar PV as the cornerstone technology.

Chris is a CA(SA) with expertise in investment advisory, private equity, asset management, and group restructures. He serves on multiple investment entity boards, including those involved in hedge funds and unit trusts, and played a key role in listing the Pivotal Fund and Tadvest Limited. Chris is also involved in Abcon Group's renewable energy business, which has deployed over 20MW of renewable energy assets and established several high-yielding renewable energy funds.

With 25+ years of experience in commercial and operational transactions across North America and EMEA, Chris transitioned from commodities trading to entrepreneurship and power sector advising. Over 15 years, he focused on the renewable market, developing the Energy as a Service model for telecommunications and the Commercial & Industrial solar market. Chris has been pivotal in commercial dealings, project development, financial structuring, and fundraising for various C&I solar projects in the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.

John, a Chartered Engineer in the United Kingdom, and Registered Professional Engineer. With over 40 years of expertise in large-scale infrastructure projects across Africa, he specializes in structural design, construction, and contracts management. His extensive background includes structural steel and concrete systems for roads, bridges and buildings. John focusses on civil and structural evaluation and design for ground- and roof-mounted solar photovoltaic systems.

Carlo is a Creative Director with over 25 years of experience shaping the visual and strategic art direction of companies and brands across a broad front of both traditional and emerging media channels and outputs. He's led integrated advertising campaigns across film, TV, print, digital, and social media, while also taking charge of major re-branding and design projects for large scale corporate identity systems. Carlo ran a successful boutique design agency in Cape Town before transitioning into creative direction for a range of clients in the US, UK, and Australia.
